Terms and Conditions for The Park Chicago

Welcome to The Park Chicago! To ensure the safety, enjoyment, and well-being of all guests, both human and canine, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions before using our facility.

1. General Rules and Acknowledgment

1.1 By entering the premises, all guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1.2 Dog owners/handlers are fully responsible for their dogs and their behavior at all times.
1.3 All dogs must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18 years or older). Minors are permitted but must be supervised by an adult.
1.4 The Park Chicago reserves the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave the premises if safety rules are violated or if behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

2. Dog Health and Safety Requirements

2.1 All dogs must have current vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and parvovirus. Proof of vaccination may be requested.
2.2 Dogs displaying signs of illness, including coughing, sneezing, or diarrhea, are not permitted in the facility.
2.3 Dogs must be free of fleas, ticks, and other parasites.

3. Facility Use

3.1 All dogs must remain on a leash in designated areas unless inside an off-leash play zone.
3.2 Owners must clean up after their dogs immediately. Waste disposal stations are provided for your convenience.
3.3 Dogs must be supervised by their owners at all times. Unattended dogs may be removed from the premises.
3.4 Owners are responsible for any damage caused by themselves and their dog to the facility, staff, or other patrons.
3.5 Food, Alcohol and glass containers are not permitted for safety reasons.

4. Behavior Expectations

4.1 Dogs must be under voice control and demonstrate good social behavior. Excessive barking, mounting, or bullying behavior is not allowed.
4.2 Owners are expected to intervene if their dog shows signs of aggression or inappropriate behavior.
4.3 Any incidents, including injuries to dogs or humans, must be reported to staff immediately.

5. Liability and Waiver

5.1 Owners assume full responsibility for the actions and behavior of their dog(s).
5.2 The Park Chicago is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur while on the premises, including incidents involving dogs or their handlers.
5.3 By entering the facility, owners release The Park Chicago, its employees, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of the facility.

6. Membership and Fees

6.1 Entry to the facility may require a membership or day pass. Fees are non-refundable once paid.
6.2 Memberships may be revoked for non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

6.3 $10 Fee will be charged for no-show or booking cancellations within the 48 hours no-cancellation policy.

6.4 Membership Cancelations:

6.4.1 Memberships will renew until a cancellation request is submitted via email to theparkchi@gmail.com

6.4.2 Membership cancellation requests require a 30-Day notice from the date of registering..

7. Photography and Media Release

7.1 The Park Chicago can take photos or videos of activities within the facility for promotional purposes. By entering, guests consent to the use of their likeness or their dog’s likeness in such media.

8. Right to Modify Rules

8.1 The Park Chicago reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
